Please complete one
transaction per person or group arriving and departing with same
itinerary and hotel.
For example, if three persons arrive and depart together in
the same dates and flights to/from the same hotel, make one transaction with the lead
name. However, if one of these three persons returns on a different date or
flight or from a different hotel, please make two transactions. One for the two persons
that travel together round trip and one for the person that although arriving
with the other two persons, has a different departure itinerary.

Requirements:
New government regulations require information of
arrivals and departures 48 hours prior to date of service,
therefore, and until further notice, we can only take
reservations made at least 48 hours prior to date of
service.
Vouchers will be sent via mail, fax
or email, the same day payment is received. For payments with credit card, please call us at 800-352-4990 or 210-930-5700. Payments can also be mailed or faxed to 210-930-5707 .
Transportation
and Services Policy
Customer is advised that Baja Ground
Services, Inc. is acting as intermediary and agent for
suppliers in selling services, or in accepting
reservations or bookings for services that are not
directly supplied by Baja Ground Services, Inc. (such
as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals,
tours, fishing, etc.) Baja Ground Services, Inc.,
therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of
contract or any intentional or careless actions or
omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in
any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your
travel companions or group members. Unless the term
“guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your
tickets, vouchers, invoice or reservation itinerary,
we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates,
bookings or reservations, connections, scheduling or
handling of personal effects. Baja Ground Services,
Inc. shall not be responsible for any injuries,
damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection
with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest,
mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases,
local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions
or developments or any other actions, omissions or
conditions outside the control of Baja Ground
Services, Inc. Traveler assumes complete and full
responsibility for, and hereby releases Baja Ground
Services, Inc. from any duty of checking and verifying
any and all passport, visa, vaccination or other entry
requirements of each destination, and all safety and
security conditions of such destinations, during the
length of the proposed travel. For information
concerning possible dangers at international
destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of
the US State Department. For medical information, call
the Public Health Service. By embarking upon his/her
travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks
involved with such travel, whether expected or
unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks
and advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage
against them. Travelers retention of vouchers,
reservations or bookings after issuance shall
constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on
his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her
travel companions or group members. Customer agrees by
acceptance of vouchers, reservations or bookings after
issuance, that Baja Ground Services, Inc. shall be
liable for no more than a refund of any sums customer
paid Baja Ground services, Inc. and that Baja Ground
services, Inc. shall have no other liability
whatsoever. Services will ONLY be provided with
vouchers, no other document is valid for the rendering
of services and it is solely at the discretion of the
supplier or operator to provide services without the
corresponding voucher(s). Requests for refunds will only be reviewed
when received in writing and accompanied by original voucher(s),
reservations or bookings within 30 days of last day of
service. Processing fees are nonrefundable. No refunds
for unused portions or cancellations within 48 hours
of arrival or departure. Cancellation of paid
reservations is subject to a 9% cancellation fee.
